The Accused

If you use Android, you've now been put on notice that you may be infringing on Oracle's patents and copyrights.  In it's complaint, Oracle is very blatant. Here's a blog about it with a link to the complaint. 

In the complaint, it says in several places that Google has "induced and contributed to the infringement" of various patents by "purchasers, licensees, and users of Android."  That means anyone who has an Android phone, folks.

So, screw it.  I'm creating a new platform from the ground up.All the technologies will be published in a public manner with date of invention so they can't be patented, thereby protecting people from getting sued.  And, a liberal open source type licensing will be used to protect the contributors.

I call it ... (wait for it)
